International conference "Contemporary Russia and the World: Alternatives to Development"

Lyudmila Igumnova took part in the conference "Contemporary Russia and the World: Alternatives to Development (Resources of "soft power": experience of use by state and non-state actors)", held in Barnaul and organized by the Altai School of Political Studies. Her presentation at the webinar "Metamorphoses of soft power" was devoted to the analysis of official communications of the European Union with Russia.
